Whereas by an Order made at the General Quarter Session of the Peace held at
the Town Court House near Westminster Hall in and for the Liberty of the Dean
and Chapter of the Collegiate Church of Saint Peter Westminster the City Borough
and Town of Westminster in the County of Middlesex and Saint Martin Le Grand
London on Wednesday the Twenty Second day of April in the Twentieth year of
the Reign of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second King of
Great Britain, Etc. It was Referr'd to the Right Honble John Lord< no role > De La Warr

Carpenter Sir Thomas Clarges< no role > Baronet Francis Burton< no role > Richard Whitworth< no role >

[..] Libe [..] y or any two of them to Summon the late Surveyors of the
Highways of the Parish of Saint George hanover Square before them to inspect
and Examine the Accounts of the late Surveyors and Collectors of he Monies
Collected and Received for the repair of the Highways and Pavements of the
said Parish for the year last past and also of their Payments thereout
And Whereas by the said Order the Justices are desired to Report and
Certify A State of the said Accounts in Writing with their Opinion thereupon
to this Court Now We Francis Burton< no role > & Thos. Rea< no role > Esqrs [..]
two of his Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the peace mentioned in the said Order Do in pursuance
of the Same hereby Certify a State of the said Accounts which is within written
and We are of Opinion that the Same are just and reasonable Given under
