and, that if he the said Justice, would not take his, the said Roberts
Oath, he did not do Justice, and he the said Roberts, would trounce
the said Justice for it; That the said Roberts, further abused the said
Justice, by several times damning him, and threatened the said Justice
with Law Suits. Dated April 8, 1747.
