Westmr. in theirGeneral Quarter Session Assembled.

The Humble Petition of Adolph Johnson< no role > .

Sheweth.


That by Indenture bearing date on or about the Nineteenth day of May One Thousand
Seven Hundred & forty three one Thomas Always was bound as an Apprentice [..] unto your Petitioner for
the Term or space of Seven Years to Learn the Act of a Barber & Perukemaker

That the said Thomas Always hath Continued & lived with your petitioner from the sd. 19th
day of May untill this time, And your Petitioner hav [..] sufficient Fortune without continuing his said
Business about the month of Marchlast left of his said Trade [..]

And your Petitioner is now ready & willing to turn over the said Thomas Always unto
Another Master which he has procured in the same Trade in order that he may serve the Remainder of the said Term, but
the said Thomas Always insist upon his being absolutely discharged from the said Indenture and to be bound
unto a Shoemaker

Your Petitioner therefore prays your Worships to take the
Premisses into Consideration & to order that the said Thomas
Always may be turned over unto another Master for the
Remr. of the said Term, so that he may be discharged from
Your Petitioner & or to give such other relief as to your
Worships shall seem meet

And Your petitioner shall ever pray.
