Maketh Oath that he very well know & was
acquainted with John Lane the prosecutor of the Deft
in this Cause (in his Life time) And this Dept Saith
that the said John Lane< no role > Dyod on or about the Twenty
first day of February last past and he this Depont
was under taken & did bury the said Johne Lane on or
about the 24th day of the same month of February
