Att the Genral Quarter Sessions of the peaceheld in
four Lord the King held at the Town Court House near Westmr.
Hall in & for the Liberty of the Dean & Chapter of the Collegiate
Church of St. Peter Westmr the City Borough & Town of Westmr in
the County of Middx & St Martin Le Grand London on Wednesday
the 8th day of October in the Twentieth year of the Reign of
our Sovereign Lord George the Second now King of Great
Britain Etc

It is Ordered by this Court That William Bean< no role > & all other
persons concerned Do Attend this Court on Friday next at Ten of the
Clock in the forenoon to shew Cause why the within named Jeremiah
Johnson< no role > his apprentice should not be discharged from his Indre
of Apprenticeship And Answer the within written peticon

Henry Johnson< no role > of St. John the Evangelist Westmr.
maketh Oath that he this Deponent hath used
his utmost endeavours to find William Bean< no role >
the Master of Jeremiah Johnson< no role > the Petitioner
in order to have served the sd. William Bean< no role >
with the above Order, but this Deponent could
not find him nor get any information where
the sd. William Bean< no role > has or could be found, and
this Deponent lastly saith that he left a
fair Copy of the within written petition and
the aforesaid Order with the Wife of the said
[..] Bean at her Lodgings near the Hay market
and further Saith not
