Maketh Oath that he did on
Tuesday the Seventh day of this Instant October
Leave with a Woman at the Corner of Hog Lane
in St. Gyle's in the Fields
at the Last place of
Abode of Frederick William Harrscher the Prosecutor
in this Cause a true Copy of the Order and Notice
of Tryall hereunto Annex'd, this Deponent at the
Same time desird the said Woman to give the said
Copies of the said Order and Notice unto the
said Frederick William Harrscher, And this
Deponent further Saith that before he Left
the said Copies with the said Woman he Us'd
his Utmost Endeavours to have met with the
said Frederick William Harrscher in Order to
have Servd him Personally with a Notice of
Tryall of this Cause, But Notwithstanding
so to doSuch his Endeavours,So to dothis
Deponent was not able So to do
