the Peace of the parish of St. Margaret in the
City of Westminster

within the said

and to all other Of-
ficers of the Peace whom these may concern to receive and obey

WHEREAS Barnaby Higgins hath been
apprehended in the said Parish of St Margaret
as a Rogue and Vagabond (videlicet) wandering and begging

and upon Examination of the said Barnaby Higgins< no role >
taken before Me upon Oath (which
Examination is hereunto annexed) it doth appear that his last Legall
Settlement is in the Parish of Belly clough in the County
of Therone in the Kingdom of Ireland

These are therefore to require you the said Constable or other Officer
to Convey the said Barnaby Higgins< no role >
to the Town of Bennet in Hertford that being the first
Town in the next Precinct thro' which he ought to pass in the
direct Way to the said TownPish of Belly Clough< no role > to which
He is to he sent and to deliver to him to the Constables of
other Officer of such ParishTown in such next Precinct, together with this
Pass, and the Duplicate of the Examination of the said Vagrant
taking his Receipt for the same. And the said Vagrant is
to be thence conveyed on in like Manner,
until he shall arrive in the County of Chester and you the said
Constable or other Officer last mentioned is hereby required to apply to some
Justice of the Peace in the said County of Chester for a Warrant
to the Master of any Ship or Vessel bound for Ireland that
shall lie in the said County of Chester to take on board the same
the said Vagrant and convey him
to such Place in Ireland as such Ship or Vessel shall be bound to
or shall arrive atGiven under my Hand and Seal this
27th Day of July in the Year of our Lord 17 45.
