Liberty of Westminster & in the County of Middlesex Cook
maketh Oath That he this Deponent is very well acquainted
with the sd. William Patrick< no role > & Josiah Hutchison< no role > and was
present when the sd. William Patrick< no role > did duly sign seal
& deliver the Release hereunto annexed to which this
Deponent & John Howes< no role > (whom this Depont. well Knows)
are subscribing witnesses and this Depont. saith That the
Names John Coleman< no role > thereto subscribed is of this Depont.
