the sd Keeper to have the Body of the
sd John Stiles< no role > before the Justices
at the sd present Sessions of the peace
at Westmr. as by the sd. London Gazette
appeared

[..] and a Copy of the Cause of Causes he was charged with, and also left a true Copy of h [..]
Schedule, with the said Justice, as the said Act directs. Whereupon the said Justice, by Warrant under his Hand and Seal,
bearing Date theDay oflast, did require the Keeper of the said Prison, to being
the Body of the said Prisoner to this Court, this present Sessions, together with the Warrant of h Detainer, and a Copy
of the Cause with which h stood charged in Custody as aforesaid; and also gave a Writing importing Notice to all
the Creditors of the said Prisoner, under his Hand and Seal, that he had granted such Warrant, and that the said Prisoner had
petitioned to be Discharged
Now forasmuch as the Keeper of the said Prison hath this Day brought into Court the
Body of the said Prisoner, together with a Copy of the Cause h e stood charged with, and it having been now made
appear upon Oath, That due Notice of the said Summons or Writing hath been left for or served upon the said
John Stiles< no role > by the said George Hall< no role > the Compelling Creditor
at whose Suit the Prisoner was confin'd thirty dayes before and antecedent to the then next being this present October Sessions of the peace for the sd City & Liberty of [..] And interted due notice in the London Gazette & personally served the Keeper of the sd [..] and that such like Notice hath been given to all the other Creditor of the said
Prisoner , inhabiting or residing within ten Miles of the said Prison;
and also, that publick Notice hath been inserted in
the London Gazette thirty Days before this present Sessions, according to the Directions of the said Act: And it having
been duly proved, That the said John Stiles< no role > was actually a Prisoner in the said Prison on the frist Day
of January 1742, and hath so continued to this Time, and the said Prisoner having now in open Court, taken the Oath
prescribed by the said Act, and having also in open Court subscribed and delivered in a Schedule containing a full & true
Account of the whole real & personal Estate of what kind or Nature so ever of the sd John Stiles< no role > later of the parish of
Barking in the County of Essex Collier & Dealer now a Prisoner in the Gatehouse Westmr. And a List the Names of all & every
person & persons that were any wayes & how much indebted unto him the sd John Stiles< no role > and the Witnesses that Will prove the [..]
same pursuant to the sd Act
And the said Oath taken by the said Prisoner, not having been disproved by good Testimony of any credible Person on Oath,
and it not appearing to this Court, that the said Prisoner stands charged with any Debt at the Suit of the Crown, or is indebted
to any one Person in any Sum exceeding the Sum of Five Hundred Pounds, besides Interest and Costs; nor doth it appear that
the said Prisoner took the Benefit of an Act passed in the Tenth Year of his present Majesty's Reign, intituled, An Act for the
Relief of Insolvent Debtors; And the said Prisoner having conformed to the Directions of the said Act; And the Creditors
of the said John Stiles< no role > having been publickly called in open Court and none of them appearing
of shewing anyCause against discharging h im from h is said Imprisonment:

It is therefore Ordered by this Court, That you do forthwith Discharge and set at Liberty the Body of the said Prisoner,
if detained for no other Cause than aforesaid, without having or taking any Fee or Reward, other than One Shilling for your
Attendance with him at this present Session, pursuant to the Directions of the said Act of Parliament made in the Sixteenth
Year of his present Majesty's Reign.
