Exhibited to this Court<lb></lb>
thereby shewing That the said Petitioner was an <rs type="occupation" id="LMWJPS65425_occ4">Apprentice</rs>

and had served him truly about five years and Nine months And the Condition of<lb></lb>
the Petitioner Indenture was he should learn the Trade of a Cabinet maker, but<lb></lb>
instead thereof that the Petitioner had been wholly Employed in making Picture<lb></lb>
Frames which business is not so good and beneficial as the other and that when<lb></lb>
the Petitioners Term is Expired he will be Intirely Ignorant of the Trade ir business<lb></lb>
to which he was Round.</p>
<p n="10">That the sd. Petitioner had not Necessarys fit for and Apprentice having only<lb></lb>
Bread and Beer and some times bread and water for several Meals in the Week</p>
<p n="11">It was therefore prayed that this Court would take his Case into Consideration<lb></lb>
and either Oblige the said <rs type="persName" id="LMWJPS65425_n11-1">John Peter</rs>

Court would be pleased to discharge him from his Indenture of Apprentice ship<lb></lb>

witnesses upon oath as well on the behalf of the said Master as of the said<lb></lb>

It is thought fit and Ordered by this Court that the said James Leynham the<lb></lb>
said apprentice be and he is hereby absolutely discharged from his said Indenture<lb></lb>
of Apprentice hood to the said <rs type="persName" id="LMWJPS65425_n11-5">John Peter</rs>
