Overseers of the Over of the Parish of St. James Westmr . Do
hereby Consent That the Recognizance Taken before Michael
Margetts Esqr. Wherein one David Kay< no role > was Bound to appear
at the next General Quarter Sessions of the Peace for the City
and Liberty of Westmr. in Answer the Complaint of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St. James For
Begetting Elizabeth Cammeron Singlewoman with Child of a
Child which was then Likely to be born a Bastard and to be
Chargeable to the said Parish May be Discharged
Security being Given to Indemnifye the said Parish of St. James
Dated the 3d. Day of October 1738.
