this day exhibited his humble Petition to this Court<lb></lb>
Setting forth that the Comon Side of the said Prison wherein the Said<lb></lb>
Petitioner is confined is much out of repair particularly the Ceiling of<lb></lb>
the Said Comon Side & the Prisoners therein much annoyed by the Smoak of<lb></lb>
a Chimney belonging to a Shed adjoyning to the said Gaol and that<lb></lb>
the said Comon Side of the Said Gaol is much darkned by the Said Gearys<lb></lb>
Stopping up a great part of a Window therein, that the said Geary<lb></lb>
refuseth the Said Gregory his Share of the charity received by the<lb></lb>
begging box, & also that the said Geary hath not putt up in the Said<lb></lb>
Gaol the Clause of an Act of Parliament passed in the reign of his<lb></lb>
late Majesty King Charles the Second altho the Same was<lb></lb>
formerly ordered to be putt up by this Court and thereby praying Such<lb></lb>
releif in the Premisses as this Court, Shall think proper Now this<lb></lb>
Court taking into consideration the matter of the Said Petition doth<lb></lb>
