Quarter Sessions of the Peace held for the City & Liberty of Westmr.
aforesaid.

Memorandum That on the 7th Day of September
last, Mary East< no role > was brought
before me one of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the
County & City & Liberty aforesaid, and charged upon the Oath of
Mary Allen< no role > for profanely Swearing were and Cursing
three times on the fifth Day of September
last, and was thereof Convicted upon the Oath of Mary
Allen aforesaid, and for non payment of the
Penalty & want of distress was publickly set in the
stocks by the Space of [..] whole Hours

pursuant to the Act in that Case made and provided. All which I do
hereby Certify, according to the Directions of the Said Act. Given un-
der my Hand this third Day of October Annoq; Dom. 17 22
