Most humbly Sheweth,</p>
<p n="28">That your poor Petitioner was on Tuesday<lb></lb>
night the 28th. day of Decr. last deposited in<lb></lb>
the Gatehouse by one Mr. Grundell a <rs type="occupation" id="LMWJPS65349_occ3">Constable</rs>

without any Commitment and was the next.<lb></lb>
morning carried before Mr. Justice Trevannion<lb></lb>
who discharged him, but the Keeper of the said<lb></lb>
Goal demanded him and accordingly carried<lb></lb>
him to Goal where he has ever since lain as<lb></lb>
they say for Half Fees which your poor<lb></lb>
Petitioner is not able to pay, and is informed<lb></lb>
they are not intitled to demand your Petition.<lb></lb>
Friends having already offered them Five Shillings</p>
<p n="29">Wherefore, Your Petition most humbly<lb></lb>
pray yr. Honble. to discharge him on<lb></lb>
give such Relief as to your great Wisdom<lb></lb>
shall seen meet</p>
