And this Informant further Deposeth That abt. 4 months since
at. 6 a Clock at night Hee together with the aforesaid Luke
Mathews,
< no role > and one John Jones< no role > alias Hodge; Did steal out of a
Wagon in [..] 2 pieces of wnite Shallune, and nine
Dozen of Shagg Tippetts, which they sold to the Sd Mary Ruby< no role >
for hee the well [..] the same to be stolen.

And this Informant further deposets, That abt. 4 months
since abt. 7 o Clock altingh: he together with the said Luke
Mathews,
< no role > Did break open the window of an house in Saint
James Street, and went into the house, and did steal severall
silver, spoones, and Forks, which they sold to the said Mary
Ruby for £3. the knowing the Goods to be stolen

And this Informant further Deposeth, That about the Lather
End of December last abt.7 a Clock at night, Hee together
with the said Arthur Chambers< no role > and Thomas Evans< no role > and
Richard Lewis< no role > , Did breake open the Hatch of a door in a street
near Garrard stall in the City of London , and did steal from out of
the said house, 21 pieces of Damask Stuff, which lay upon the
Compler, and sold the same to the said Mrs. Steward for £20. She
knowing the said Goods to be stolen.

He this Informant further deposeth, That about 2 month's since
about 7 o Clock attense, her together with the said Arthur
Chambers, Did Steal out of an house in Crosby Square, Near
Bishopsgate , a Coate, Wast Coate and Breeches, a Quilt of
Hellow silk, a pair of sheets, and severall other goods, which
they sold to the said Mary Rubby for 9b:4d. The knowing
the goods to be stolen.
