Kept, And he this Informant the key of his Trunk. And this Informt.
farther maketh oath, That Mary Ruby proposed (for fear of being a
discovered) to have the box and Writing burnt, wch. this Informant
said might be of more value than all that they had taken & therefore
this Informant with Thomas Evans< no role > carried back the said box and left it
in Sohee square , And came back to Daniell Ellis< no role > 's who keeps the Mermaid
ale house against the Mews gate, where they found the said Mary Ruby,
and Arthur Chambers< no role > , who said for their returning and this Informant and
the others complaining for want of Money the said Mary Ruby< no role > Cout them
a Guinea on a gold box part of the aforesayd goods, which she had in her
possession, and out of that Guinea she had five shillings for her share
And this Informant farther maketh oath, that in a Day or two a Gazette
coming forth giving an accot of a robbiery of the Lady Cavendish, this
Informant Arthur Chambers< no role > , and Thomas Evans< no role > , went to the house
of Mary Ruby to consult what to do with the goods and went up
stairs into this Informants roome; and found his Trunk broke open
and the goods taken out, which Enquiring after, the said Mary Ruby< no role >
replyd she had the goods, would keep them, and swore Goddanan them
she would hand them for they had enough for their share. And she
the said Mary Ruby to the best of this Informants knowledge hath
the said goods in her possession ever since and farther this Informt
saith not.

who cohabits wth. Mary Ruby< no role > did know of the robbery of
the Lady Rhoda Cavendish< no role > after the robbery was done
and did see the goods of the [..] Lady in the Sd Mary
Raby's house< no role > the sd Crone lying in the Roome wth.
this Informt. so that he this Informant might not
meddle wth. the goods wth. out the knowledge of the sd
Mary Raby< no role > .
