December 1806 were read and approved.

The Minutes of the proceedings of the several meetings of the
Grand Committee held since the 17th. day of Decr. 1806 were also read
and approved except the Minute respecting the Discontinuance of the
annual Dinner which is reserved for further Consideration.

The Treasrs. accounts to
31st. Decr. 1806 audited

The Treasurer's accounts ending the 31st. Day of Decr. 1806
which had been duly audited. being presented to the Court were
approved and allowed.
