We further Report that haveing fully Considered the
Order of the General Court of the 1st February 1758 for Admitting
Patients without any Fees which was only by way of Trial
and having examined the Accounts of the Hospital since
that Fine we find that a Considerable Ann has been expended
every Year more thatn the Income (altho we have receved Large
Gifts and Fines which Cannot be expected every Year owing
to the Dearness of Provissions and Great Repairs of the Estates
We are of Opinion that the only method of Increasing the
Revenue of the Hospital will be by laying on part of the Fees
Again forth Admission of Patients in the following Manner Viz
for Clear Patients 2/6 for Soul 17/6 and all such for Patients who
pay the Greats a Day to pay 5 on Admission the Above to Common
