Surveyor to take down the sd: Houses in order to<lb></lb>

declining to renew the said Lease We took a View of<lb></lb>
the sd: Houses & found them much out of Repair;<lb></lb>
And apprehending the Hospital Estate might<lb></lb>
greatly suffer if the Houses were not Repaired<lb></lb>
before the Expiration of the present Lease And<lb></lb>
that in the Condition they must then be we should<lb></lb>
be obliged to let them upon worse Terms</p>
<p n="534">We, pursuant to the Power given to us by the<lb></lb>
General Court. held the 18th of July 1739 for<lb></lb>
renewing any Leases of the Hospital Estate<lb></lb>
sooner than within three years of the Expiration<lb></lb>
of the old Leases Have Granted to the sd:<lb></lb>
Mr Lamborn a Lease of the sd: two Houses &<lb></lb>
Field for 21 years from Laday 1750<obscured></obscured>
£10. a year<lb></lb>
clear Rent & a Fine of 120 Guineas & he to lay out <lb></lb>
forthwith £400.- in Repairs</p>
