of St. Bartholomew and Bethlem had at their General
Courts referr'd it to their respective Treasurers (in
Conjunction with the Treasurer of this Hospitall) to
treat and agree in the best manner they can with the Exors
and next of Kin touching any doubt that may arise upon
this Will or this Legacy's thereby Devised to the three Hospital

And it being proposed to this Court to give the
Same Power to Mr. Treasurer

Resolv'd Unanimously

That it be referrd to the
Treasurer of this Hospital in Conjunction with the
Treasurer of St. Bartholomew and Bethlem Hospitals to
treat and agree in the best manner they can with the
Extons of the last Will and Testament of Capn: John Aldred
deceased and his next of Kin; touching any doubt that may
arise upon the said Will or the Charitable Legacies thereby
Devised to the poor of the said three Hospitals
