Tenants at
Tibshelf
The Leases of the Hospital Estate at Tibshelf in Derby-
shire being near expiration We appointed a Sub Committee of
Governors of this Hospital to go to that Estate to view and Let the
same and four of the Gentlemen appointed took the pains to go
thither and upon their Report we have agreed to grant Leases
of the said Estate (except the Cole works) to several Tenants
for 21 Years from Michas next when the present Leases expire
on such fines as were paid on the last Leases with an advanced
rent of Six pence paire save two or three small variations in
favour of the Hospital as appears by the Minutes of those
Agreements entered in our Minute Book to which in order
to avoid tediousness in this Report we crave leave to refer
