Joyners Street, being about Tenn foot high; And then continued and kept up at

the mutuall Charge of the Governors and Mr. Joyner his Heires & Assignes

or his on their Undertenants who are likewise to repaire and maintaine the

Brickworke of the said Sewer at their mutuall Charge. That Mrs. Leeds shall
