lyeing without the Hospitall Marsh wall, which peice of Saltings is claimed by<lb></lb>
Mr. Alleyn; But by our ancient Mapps and Surveys appears to belong to this<lb></lb>
Hospitall. And that in Case the said Way shall afterwards be forced open, then<lb></lb>
such Methods shall be taken for asserting the Hospitalls Right to Stop up the<lb></lb>
said way as upon advice Shall be thought proper.</p>

complaineing to us of the Hardship of his<lb></lb>
Case in relacon to a Suite betweene him and One Clay, wherein he has been<lb></lb>
at great Charge in Order to maintaine the Hospitalls Right to the said Cottage<lb></lb>
Wee have Ordered Five and twenty Shillings to be paid him towards his present on<lb></lb>
Subsistance, and that the Costs recovered against him by the said Clay be also paid<lb></lb>
by this Hospitall being as Elliott represents about Seven pounds, And that<lb></lb>
the possession of the said Cottage and the Hospitalls Right thereunto be<lb></lb>
maintained and defended at the Hospitalls Charge.</p>

the Owner of the Inheritance of the<lb></lb>
ground on the North side of the burying Ground of this Hospitall and Mrs <rs type="persName" id="LMTHMG55301_n1693-3">Martha<lb></lb>
Leeds</rs>

his Undertenant of the said Ground and the Tenement built thereupon<lb></lb>
That the Common Sewer running betweene the said Burying ground and the<lb></lb>
said Tenement and Ground of the said Mr Joyner & Mrs Leeds shall be cleansed<lb></lb>
from time to time at the Costs of Mrs Leeds and her Assignes dureing the<lb></lb>
continuance of her Lease from Mr Joyner; And at the Costs and Charges of<lb></lb>
Mr Joyner his Heires and Assignes at all times after the Expiracon of that<lb></lb>
Lease, And the Governors of this Hospitall are to be saved harmless from<lb></lb>
any Damage that may happen by neglect of cleanseing the Same, That the<lb></lb>
Soyle may upon every Such cleanseing be laid on the said Burying ground and<lb></lb>
shall be carryed away at the Hospitalls Charge. That the wooden Fence lately<lb></lb>
erected by the Governors upon the Middle of the Arch over the said Seven<lb></lb>
before with made all of the same heigth with that Part thereof which is next<lb></lb>
Joyners Street, being about Tenn foot high; And then continued and kept up at<lb></lb>
the mutuall Charge of the Governors and Mr. Joyner his Heires & Assignes<lb></lb>
or his on their Undertenants who are likewise to repaire and maintaine the<lb></lb>
Brickworke of the said Sewer at their mutuall Charge. That Mrs. Leeds shall<lb></lb>
pay the Governors Such part of the Charge of makeing the said Fence & reduceing<lb></lb>
the Same to an equall heigth as shall be Setled betweene Mr Treasurer and her.<lb></lb>
That all Windowes and Lights now made in any part of the Hospitall buildings<lb></lb>
looking into or upon Mr Joyner Estate, And all windowes and Lights belonging<lb></lb>
to Mr Joyners Estate and looking into or upon any part of the Hospitall ground<lb></lb>
