Receiver of our Rents at Tibshelfe in Derbyshire, That One Elliott,<lb></lb>
Tennant of a small Cottage of the said Manor has been unjustly<lb></lb>
disturbed in the Possession thereof by One Clay a Neighbouring Freeholder<lb></lb>
who pretends to Claime the said Cottage as his Freehold Wee<lb></lb>
have Ordered that the Possession of the said Cottage be Maintained<lb></lb>
at the Hosplls. Charge and that such Allowance should be made<lb></lb>
to the said Elliott for the Expences he hath been put to on this<lb></lb>
Occasion as Mr. Trear shall think reasonable.</p>
