late widdow Sugars as our Tenant contiguous to the said other Tenement &
Garden, which latter is convenient to build upon having a Front to the Mar

to be paid in hand, and his building three or Four Substantial houses of Brick
the First Story walls to be a brick and an halfe thick on the said ground, Hee
shall have a new lease of the last mentioned Tenement and two Garden plotts
for the terme of one and Fifty years from Christmas 1693 aforesaid att &
and under the yearly rent of Fifty five shillings
