Treasurer to be one be a standing Comittee from time to time
to inspect the state of the hospitall to Survey the Fabrick thereof
and having taken notice of its decayes and wants of re-Pacons and
of such other defects thereof as ought to be amended for ye better
accomodacon of the Patients of this house to consider what course
ought to be taken for the repaireing or re-building of the same
for the rendering it more usefull to the ends thereof

Mines woods underwoods timber and timber trues belonging to this
hospitall And to treat and contract wth such Pson or Psons as
they shall think fit, As allsoe to borrow for the Service of this house
any sume or sumes of moneyes not exceeding in ye whole

pounds P cent Pe Ann and to charge this House wth ye Pment
thereof. And moreover to doe and execute and cause to be
