in the old Bailey late in Lease to Ann Green< no role > (which
will expire at Lady day must) for a Term of 21 years
from that time at a Rent of £40 per a Annam clear
of Land has and [..] Taxes (which is an advance of £20 per Annum
upon the former Kent) Mr. Towers to put the promises
into repair to the Surveyor's approbation and to keep the
same in repair during the Term and to insure at £500
