Joseph Conness< no role > the Assignees of the Bistale of Mr. John Howell< no role > a
Bankrupt to grant the Lease which was at a Committe of the 6th. May
1796 agreed to be granted to said Mr. Howell of the two houses in the
Borough High Street then in his occupation to Mr George Pole< no role > of Holbourne
Linen draper upon the same Terms as the same was then agreed to be
granted to said Mr Howell
