To grant a Lease to Sir John Honywood< no role > Bart . of Comb
Grove and Sineads Farm in Wye and Hastingleigh in Kent with
the Underwoods (lately held under Lease to Thomas Swayne< no role > at
£120 per Annum which expired at Michaelmas last) for a
term of 21 years from that time at a Rent of £150 per Annum
clear of the Landtax and all other taxes and deductions
whatsoever and to be allowed Rough Timber for the Repairs of
the Buildings to be set out by the Hospital Agent.

To grant to Mr. Thomas Cope< no role > Tenant of the Hospital
Farm at Orpington in Kent a term of 7 years in addition to the
Term of his present Lease in Consideration of the expence he
will be at in Planting Orchards and otherwise improving the
farm Mr. Cope to be restrained from cutting the Underwood
within the last 7 years.

Bill for dividing and incloseing the Common Arable fields
[..] Commons and Waste Lands within the
Parish of Great Parndon in the County of Essex.

The Clerk to take
necessary measures
for procuring the
Inclosure Bill to
be pass'd into a Law.

That the Clerk do take the necessary measures with
the Treasurer's Concurrence for procuring such Bill to be
passed into a Law.

The Treasurer laid before the Committee a Letter from
Mr. Webb the Agent for the Hospital Estate at Pewsey in Wills
