Gratuity of £40 for his Extra services for the last year

one of the Physicians of this Hospital had departed this life

The another Physician be elected in his room at the
General Court to be held on Thursday the 26th instant for the
election of a Minister of St. Thomas's Parish

on Wednesday the 30th. day of July next at the usual time
