The Minutes of the last Grand Commee
held the 10th: of May last were read & confirm'd

Mr. Treasurer acquainted the Commit:
:tee that pursuant to the power given him by
the Committee held the 4th of July 1742 to lett
the Houses in St. Thomas's Parish belonging
to this Hospital he had Lett one of the sd. Hou:
:ses to Joseph Boulter< no role > for 7 Years from Mid:
:summer next at £16 P Ann Rent

Mr Treasurer acquainting the Committee
that Mr Baker one of the Surgeons of this
Hospital recommended Mr Robert Jones< no role > one
of his Pupils as a fit person to have a Certi:
:ficate the same was agreed to accordingly

Church Wardens
of St Olaves Parish

Ordered that the Clerk do write a
Letter to the Church Wardens of St Olaves
Parish touching a Blind lately putt up by an
Order of the Vestry of that Parish to the great
annoyance of the Hospital Tenant

Ordered that the Annual General
Court for this Hospital be sumoned for Wednes:
:day the 13th of July next at Eleven o' Clock in
the forenoon the President having been consul:
:ted therein & agreeing thereto

Grant him a Lease of the two Houses at
Wapping one in his own Occupation & the
other in the Occupation of Mr Scott for
21 years from Christmas next at the yearly
Rent of Six Pounds lea of Taxes & a Fine of
Fifty Pounds to be paid on Sealing the Contract
The Tenant to put the premisses into substantial
Repair The Lease to contain usual Covenants
