held the 8th March 1742./3 last were read &
confirmed

Agreed with John Donham< no role > Esqr to
grant him a Lease of the two peices of Marsh
Ground containing Eleven Acres & half lying
in Plumstead & Eriffin the County of Kent
for 21 years from Michas next at the yearly
rent of £16 clear of all Taxes The Lease to
contain the like Covents: as are contain'd in the
Lease of the premisses to the said Mr. Denhams
Father which expires at Michas next
