Hospital Farm at Lynsters for 31 years
from Michas 1736 when the present Lease
will expire at £50 P ann Clear rent and
£1200 Fine whereof £400 to be paid
at Michas next and the residue at the
commencement of the new Lease, but
this to be Subject to the Approbation
of the General Court

read

The Clerk by Order of the Gent of
the Sub Committee for letting the Tibshelf
Estate laid before this Committee a Report
of their proceedings which was read and
it was unanimously Agreed to return
the thanks of this Committee to those
Gent. for the great pains they have
taken & the great [..] Service they
have done the Hospital And Mr Trear
now return'd them thaks accordingly

Upon considering that part of the said
Report relating to William Bingham< no role >
one of the Hospital Tenant at Tibshelf
It is Resolved that he shall not be
admitted to receive the Lease but the
said Farm shall be Let to Thos. Bingham< no role >
Brother & now under tenant to the said
William Bingham< no role > According to the
terms generally made with the other
Tenants
