It is the Opinion of this Committee to
permit the said Mr Gayler to Assign his
Lease to him the said Mr. Morton and
the Clerk is to Sign a Licence for that
purpose

Purchase from Mr
Gayler

Mr Gayler proposed to Sell to this
Hospital 3 Acres of Meadow Ground
lying intermixed with the Hospital Land
in South Mead part of the Farm in Lease
to Mr Gayler And this Committee appre-
-hending it for the Service of the Hospital
to have that Ground have Agreed to purchase
the same for £120 and the Clerk is to
prepare a Conveyance accordingly

Mr. Gayler

The Clerk is also directed to prepare
a Contract for Mr Morton to execute for
his holding the said purchased ground
for the remainder of the terme in Mr
Gaylers Lease at £4:10:0 Pann
clear rent

Mr Gaylor to treat
with Mr Goselone

It is the opinion of this Committee
to purchase for the Hospital a Small
piece of Ground containing about an
acre or two being intermixed with
