to a better Tenant (which at<lb></lb>
Prsent offers) & to Secure the Crop on the Ground<lb></lb>
towards his Arrear of rent</p>

Wollards farm as they shall Judge most for<lb></lb>
the Hospitals Service and in the mean time<lb></lb>
Mr. Southgate is to go thither and treat with<lb></lb>
such Persons as propose to take the Farm and<lb></lb>
to get an Estimate of Wollard Crop & take<lb></lb>
his Surrender of his Contract under which<lb></lb>
he holds the Farm</p>
