Comittee that he had received a Proposall for the sd: Farme &<lb></lb>

had yesterday told Mr: Trear that a Freind of his in Kent<lb></lb>
would make a Proposall for the said Farme & Woods and that<lb></lb>
Mr: Trear desired him if he had any proposall to Make He<lb></lb>
would Attend at this Comittee this Day it being Intended to Lett<lb></lb>
the same at this Comittee And likewise that He had reced an<lb></lb>
Acct: that One Mr. Wade of Ashford desired to Treat for the same<lb></lb>
whereupon this Comittee considering the whole Matter and having<lb></lb>
Called for the sd: Mr: Crayker but neither He nor any for him<lb></lb>
now attending and the sd: Swaine having made a Journey on<lb></lb>
Purpose out of <rs type="placeName" id="LMTHMC55203_geo265">Kent</rs>

Comittee Agreed to Grant him A Lease of the sd: Farme and<lb></lb>
Woods upon the Termes above proposed and the Condicons<obscured></obscured>

<p n="874">That all Timber & Timber Trees shall be Excepted for the<lb></lb>
Use of the Hospitall: That the Downes shall be Laid Downe<lb></lb>
from plowing within the First Seaven years and not<lb></lb>
afterwards P loughed on penalty of Three Pounds P Acre:</p>
<p n="875">The Woods are not to be Felled Above One Third part<lb></lb>
in any One Yeare and None Under Thirteen Yeares or<lb></lb>
above Sixteen Yeares Growth Notice of Every Fall of<lb></lb>
