The President acquainted the Genl Court
that the Occation of Calling the Same was
to Chuse a Steward of this Hospital in the
room of Mr James Bouse who is become
incapable of executing the said Office
and thepetfollowing persons were
Severally put in nomination vizt
Mr George Green< no role > Mr John Mascal< no role >
Mr Joseph Rooke< no role > Mr Saml Flater< no role > and
Mr Jonathan Welch< no role > and being reduced
to Mr Green & Mr Welch they were against
put up & the Choice fell on Mr Welch and
he is Chose Steward of this Hospital To
hold the said Office during the pleasure
of the General Court with the usual Salary
and perquisits he observng all such rules
and orders as foward or shall be made

by this Court & the Grand Committee relating to the said
Office
