Minutes of the last General Court held 19th
July 1732 read and Approved.

There being a Vacancy of a President of
this Hospital by the death of Mr Gilbert Heathcote< no role >
Bart .

Mr Treasurer by Direction of the Court
took the Chair And acquainted the Court that
the late Worthy President Sr . Gilbert Heathcote< no role >
having departed this life of the 25th. day of
January last the Grand Committee had appoint-
ted that a General Court should be held on
this day for Electing another President and
therefore this General Court had been sumoned
for that purpose.

It being moved that Sr Gerard Conyers< no role > Kt
and Alderman of London be Chosen President
of this Hospital in the room of Sr Gilbert
Heathcote< no role > Bart . deceased the said Sr Gerard
Conyer< no role > was unanimously Elected president of this Hospl

Master Knt & Mr Alderman Kendal & Mr Depty
John Le Quesnebe< no role > a Committe and they
are desired imediatly to wait on Sr Gerard
Conyers< no role > and acquint him with such
his unanimous Election and to intreat his
