Resolved That it be recommended to the
Several Magistrates acting for this County
Not to send to the House of Correction in
Cold Bath Fields any Prisoners committed
for re examination and that Felons
when committed for Tryal be sent in
the first Instance to the County Gaol
of Newgate .
