It is Ordered that the Sheriff of the County of
upon Notice to his Undersheriff do cause six or some greater
Number of the Jurors to be summoned to view the Place in
question before the Execution of the Writ of Inquiry of
Damages and that the Plaintiff his Attorney or Agent do attend
and shew the Matters in Question to such of the said Jurors
as shall attend such view and that no Evidence shall be
given at the time of taking such view unless the same
shall be had by all the Jurors before whom the said Writ
shall be executed at the time of the Execution thereof and in
case no view shall be had yet the Execution of the said Writ
shall proceed and no objection shall be made on account
thereof upon Notice of this Rule and of the time of taking
such [..] view being first given to the Defendant or left
for him at his last or most usual Place of Abode.
