Sworn in this matter to be Summoned to view the place in

do attend
to shew the matters in Question to such of the Jurors as
shall attend such view and that no Evidence shall be given
at the time of taking such view unless the same shall be
had by all of the Jurors before whom the same is intended
to be tried and in Case no view shall be had yet the
said Tryal shall proceed
