MIDDLESEX


AT the GeneralSession of the Peace of our
Lord the King, holden in and for the County of Middlesex ,
at the Session-House for the said County,()
on Monday the Second Day of December in
the Fortieth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign
Lord GEORGE the Third, King of Great Britain, Etc.

Exparte The City of London
and
Gabriel Tucker Steward< no role > Esqr & others}

It is Ordered by this Court that the Sheriff of the of the County of
Middlesex upon notice of this Rule to be given to his Under
Sheriff do cause six or some greater Number of the Jurors
Sworn in this matter to be Summoned to view the place in
question on Saturday the Seventh day of December Instant
and that Mr James Montague< no role > a Shearer Nominated on the
part of the City of London and Mr Joseph Hodgkinson< no role > a
Shewer Nominated on the part of the said Gabriel Tucker
Steward and others do attend to shew the matters in Questions
to such of the Jurors as shall attend such view and that
no Evidence shall be given at the time of Taking such
view unless the same shall be had by all of the Jurors before
whom the same intended to be Trief and in case no
view shall be had yet the said Tryal shall proceed.
