and for the County of Middlesex at the
session House for the said county on
Monday the twenty eighth day of October
in the Fortieth year of the Reign of our
sovereign Lord George the third King of
Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered by this court that Humphry
Jackson< no role > Esquire have notice of the within Appeal
and that he and all persons concerned do attend
this Court on Thursday next being the thirty
first day of October now Instant at nine o Clock in
the forenoon to hear and abide the Judgment and
determination of the said Court touching the
said appeal
