Square in the Liberty of Westminster in the said
County Gentleman Maketh Oath and saith that he did
on the thirty [..] first day of October last serve the abovenamed
Prosecutor with a Copy of the Notice hereto Annexed by
delivering and leaveing such Copy with him Personally
at his House in Warwick Street in the said Liberty
and County And which said Notice hath not been
countermanded to the Knowledge or belief of this
Deponent.
