Gentleman maketh Oath that he did on the twenty third Day
of October Instant serve John Bridges< no role > the Prosecutor above
named with a Notice under the Hand of the said Thomas
Murrills< no role > the above named Defendant Purporting that he
the said Defendant would Personally be and appear at the
then next General Quarter Session of the Peace to be holden
for the said County of Middlesex at the Session House on
Clerkenwell Green on Monday the twenty eight Day of
October Instant at nine of the Clock in the forenoon of the
same Day and would then and there take his Trial on
the Indictment preferred by the said Prosecutor against
the said Defendant by delivering to and leaving with
the said John Bridges< no role > a Copy of the said Notice in
writing which said Copy was signed by the said
Defendant
