Stephens< no role > will Personally be and appear at the next
General Quarter Session of the Peace to be holden in and
for the County of Middlesex at the Session House for
the said County on Clerkenwell green ontheTuesday
the twenty Ninth day of October Instant at
Nine of the Clock in the forenoon of the Same
Day and will then and there take my Trial
on the Indictment by You preferred and found
against me Dated the Sixteenth day of October
1799
