say And first this Deponent James Twiner for
himself saith that a Bill of Indicment was found against
said Defendand in May session last in the above
Prosecution And this Deponent further saith that in
June Session following this Worshipple Court was
pleased to respite the said Defendant and his bails
recognizance untill this Session September Session

Elizebeth Spear for herself saith since that time
and so the Second day of July last. her said Humble
the above named Defendant this life and was beside
on the Fifth day of July. in Click Lane Beuice

as will more fully appear by that Certificate
