Parish of St. Giles in the Fields
in the County
of Middlesex
aforesaid.
Sheweth
That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order
under the Hands and Seals of Sir

and
Rupert Clarke< no role >

Two of His Majesty's Justices
of the Peace
in and for the City and Liberty of Westminster
in the said County (one whereof being of the Quorum)
bearing date the twenty third day of Septermber now last
past

Wife of
Peter Kavanah< no role >
(who
is therein stated to have deserted her) and her Child
Ann< no role >
aged five Years and upwards were removed and
Conveyed from and out of the Parish of St. Paul Covent
Garden
within the Liberty aforesaid to the said Parish
of St. Giles in the Fields
as the place of their last legal
Settlement whereby Your Petitioners conceive themselves
to be Aggrieved
Your Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal to
this Court against the Adjudication of the said
Two Justices and their said Order and pray
that your Worships will be pleased to
appoint a day to hear and determine the
said Appeal
And your Petitioners will pray Etc.
