That by Virtue of an order or pass Warrant under the

in and for the County of Middlesex
(one whereof being
of the Quorum) bearing date the 16th. day of May last

was removed and conveyed from and out of the parish
of Saint Botolph without Aldgate
in the said County
to the said Part of the said parish of Saint Andrew
Holborn
as the place of her last legal Settlement
Your Petitioners conceiving themselves aggrieved
by the said Order of the said Two Justices, appeal to
your Worships against the same and request that
the Benefit of their said Appeal may be saved
unto them until the next General Sessions of
the Peace to be holden for the said County and that
all parties concerned may be then ordered, to attend to abide
the judgment and determination of your Worships
touching the said Appeal
