Richard Lane< no role > one of the late Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Ealing in the County of
Middlesex maketh Oath and saith that the several
Papers hereunto annexed being Eleven in number
contain a just true account of Monies actually
paid by this Deponent to the several Families therein
respectively mentioned amounting in the whole to the
sum of Fifty eight pounds one shilling
