MIDDLESEX .


At the General Quarter. Session of the Peace of our Lord the King, holden for the County of
Middlesex , at the Guildhall in King Street, Westminster , in the said County on Monday in the Close of Easter to wit the first
the Week next after the Day of April in the Thirty ninth Year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third, King of Great Britain, Etc. Before William
Mainwaring
< no role > , Daniel Williams< no role > , Hugh Dive< no role > , Hammond Cross< no role >
Esquires , and others their Fellows, Justices of our said Lord the King, Assigned to keep the Peace in the
County aforesaid; and also to hear and determine divers Felonies, Trespasses, and other Misdemeanours
committed in the same County. That Session of the Peace is adjourned, by the aforesaid Justices of
our said Lord the King abovenamed and others their Fellows aforesaid, here until Tuesday
the Second day of the same Month of April at the hour of Ten in the Forenoon
of the same Day, to be holden at the Session House upon Clerkenwell Green , in and for the said County,
and that at the same Session of the Peace being holden by Adjournment aforesaid, at the Session House
aforesaid, in and for the said County, on the said Tuesday the Second Day of
April in the Year aforesaid, before the said Justices of our said Lord the King
abovenamed, and others their Fellows aforesaid. That Session of the Peace is adjourned by the afore-
said Justices of our said Lord the King above named, and others their Fellows aforesaid, here until
Wednesday the Third Day of the same Month of April at the Hour and
Place last above said, and that the same Session of the Peace, being holden by Adjournment afore-
said, at the Session House aforesaid, in and for the said County, on the said Wednesday the
Third Day of April in the Year aforesaid, before the said Justices of our
said Lord the King abovenamed, and others their Fellows aforesaid. That Session of the Peace
is adjourned by the aforesaid Justices of our said Lord the King abovenamed, and others
their Fellows aforesaid here until Thursday the Fourth Day of the same Month
of April at the Hour and Place last abovesaid. And that at the same Session of the Peace
being holden by Adjournment aforesaid, at the Session House aforesaid, in and for the said County, on
the said Thursday the Fourth Day of April in the Year aforesaid, before
the said Justices of our said Lord the King abovenamed, and others their Fellows aforesaid.

Whereas the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish of Saint
Sepulchre London Did at the last General Session of the peace held in and for
this County Exhibit their Petition and Appeal setting forth That by a Warrant
or Order of Removal under the Hands and Seals of W Bleamire and W:
Kinnard Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices of the peace in and for the said
County of Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the 6th day of
February last Carolina Ward< no role > with her two Children of lawful Issue Vizt
Hester< no role > aged Nine Years and James< no role > aged Five Years were removed and
conveyed from and out of the parish of Saint James at Clerkenwell in the County
of Middlesex aforesaid to the said parish of Saint Sepulchre London, as the place
of their last legal settlement: whereby the petitioners conceived themselves aggrieved
which said Appeal stood duly adjourned until this day. Now the said Appeal
coming on the be heard It is Ordered (upon Motion of Counsel for that
purpose made for and on the behalf of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
poor of the said Parish of Saint James at Clerkenwell and by and with the
